How much does shipping cost?
Domestic:
Shipping is $10 for standard post within Australia.
Express shipping within Australia can be purchased for $15.
Orders over $100 qualify for FREE standard domestic shipping.
We will occasionally offer free shipping on selected items.  The best way to hear about these offers is to sign up to our newsletter.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes!  International shipping rates will be calculated automatically upon checkout.
Please note that the country you are shipping to may charge customs fees / import duties.  Gold Eyewear has no control over these fees and we are unable to tell you what these may be.  The recipient must cover these charges.  We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to making any purchases online.
 
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
For standard shipping within Australia please allow up to 7 business days after dispatch.
For express shipping please allow up to 3 days from dispatch.
For international orders shipping times can vary depending on where your parcel is going to.  We ship all of our parcels with Australia post, so you are welcome to check approximate shipping times for your exact location by clicking here.  All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
Dispatch is usually within 48 hours.  Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times.  During high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.
 
Can I track my order?
Yes! You should receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped.  If you haven't received your tracking number please email info@goldeyewear.com.au along with your full name and order number.
Please note that international orders shipped via Economy Air do not come with tracking.
Gold Eyewear does not take responsibility for any orders that go missing after being posted, particularly if tracking has not been purchased.
 
What is your returns policy?
Please email info@goldeyewear.com.au with your full name, order number, and reason for return and we will send you our returns form to complete and send back with your order.
Within Australia: 
If you've changed your mind or your sunglasses don't suit, we will happily refund your full-priced sunglasses within 10 days of delivery.  They need to be in their original condition with their original packaging to qualify for this.
Sunglasses received after 15 days may be eligible for a store credit to be used on our website.
International returns:
Returns must be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase to be accepted.  If your order is accepted on return, you will be given a store credit for the amount you paid for your sunglasses, minus any shipping costs.
Please note: all sale items and purchases made with a discount code are considered final and are not eligible for returns.  Allow 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed for returns. Please consider purchasing tracking on your parcel as we cannot be held responsible for missing returns.  Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.  Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
 
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once we receive your order, we start working on it straight away, so unfortunately changes aren't able to be made.  Please check your order details before confirming your purchase.
 
My sunglasses are damaged, what do I do?
If there is a defect with your sunglasses, please notify us immediately by contacting info@goldeyewear.com.au and include your name, order number and any relevant images.  We will do our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
 
Do my sunglasses come with a warranty?
Exchanges can be made within 3 months for manufacturing faults.  This does not cover accidental damage, scratches or lost screws due to neglect.  Lenses (mirrored lenses in particular) are fragile and are at risk of being scratched.  This is not covered under warranty and is considered normal wear and tear.
 
How do I care for my sunglasses?
We recommend always storing your sunglasses in the case/pouch they came in, or another safe place when you aren't wearing them. 
Avoid wearing them on top of your head - ain't nobody got time for stretched sunnies!
Clean only with specific lens cleaners and microfiber cloths to avoid scratching.  Don't use paper towels, tissues or napkins to clean the lens.
 
Will you be stocking other shapes and colours?
Absolutely! We are a brand new business, but over time we will continue to add more styles and colours.  Please feel free to send in any suggestions you may have, we would love to hear from you!
